Under the renowned culinary leadership, Atlas brings a fresh and innovative approach to traditional cooking. Our menu is inspired by Freddy Money’s career in some of Europe’s most prestigious kitchens. Each dish tells a story, and the menu  takes you on a journey that focuses on ingredents, provenance, and texture, resulting in a powerful combination of wonderful and memorable food. Our restaurant doubles as a modern art gallery with emerald green walls covered in 20th-century art from some of the world’s most recognized artists, including Foujita, Chagall, Monet, Soutine, and Picasso. The artwork is part of the noted Lewis Collection, among the largest private art collections in the world, with each piece thoughtfully selected and carefully placed for guests to enjoy.
