How can I find out my available balance on my Gift Card or eGift Card?
To check your Gift Card or eGift Card balance, please enter your card number here, email us at customerservice@tavistockrestaurants.com, or call (800) 424-2753.
Is my Gift Card or eGift Card reloadable?
No, you cannot add funds to a previously purchased Gift Card or eGift Card.
Is my Gift Card or eGift Card redeemable for cash?
No, Gift Cards or eGift Cards are not redeemable for cash unless otherwise required by law.
Do Gift Cards or eGift Cards expire or lose value?
No, Tavistock Restaurant Collection Gift Cards and eGift Cards do not expire.
What can I purchase with my Gift Card or eGift Card?
Your Gift Card or eGift Card may be used toward the purchase of food, beverage, tax and gratuity at all participating Tavistock Restaurant Collection locations.
Can I get a refund for my Gift Card or eGift Card purchase?
No, your Gift Card or eGift Card may not be refunded unless the Gift Card or eGift Card is presented with the original receipt within fifteen (15) days of purchase.
Can I get a replacement card if I lose my Gift Card or eGift Card?
No, Tavistock Restaurant Collection is not responsible for Gift Cards or eGift Cards that are lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.

Can I have a traditional Gift Card shipped internationally?
No, we currently only mail Gift Cards within the continental United States and Canada. We recommend using the eGift Card option
Can I order an eGift Card if I live outside the continental United States?
No, you must have a U.S. billing address to submit an order for an eGift Card.
Do you accept Gift Cards from Back Bay Restaurant Group (BBRG)?
Yes. Back Bay Restaurant Group Gift Cards can be used at all participating Tavistock Restaurant Collection locations.
Can I use a Bonus Card after its expiration date?
No, unfortunately we cannot accept Bonus Cards after they expire.
